Camp is a significant part of our Children and Student Ministries. During camp, kids and students are building relationships with their leaders, experiencing a worship environment alongside their peers, and hearing incredible biblical teaching. We’re praying and expecting your kids to return from camp feeling challenged and prepared to grow in their faith!
What is the cancellation policy?
Your $50 non-refundable deposit secures your kids/student’s spot at camp. The final date to cancel your student’s registration is May 14th. Failure to cancel your registration by May 14th, you will be responsible for the full amount.

Is there transportation to camp?
Creek Kids: (current 3rd & 4th grade): No transportation is provided to camp. You are encouraged to carpool with friends to Forest Glen.
Camp Creek: Junior High (current 5th – 7th grade) and High School (current 8th – 11th grade) will provide transportation by bus to camp Tejas.
Please complete the alternative travel form if your child is traveling outside the normal transportation plans.
What happens if I need to make alternative travel plans?
Creek Kids: If your child will be arriving at camp past the drop off time, please contact Kelly Danielson at [email protected]
Camp Creek: If your child will be arriving to camp late or leaving early, please complete this alternate travel form.
Will other churches be at this camp?
No, we rent out the whole facility and our campers will be the only kids/students at camp.
What are the accommodations?
Both camps have rooms with multiple beds/bunks in each room. Children are assigned rooms by grade/gender. School/friends accommodations may also be requested within registration. We cannot ensure we can accommodate every request made. Each child will be assigned to a leader who has completed application, interview, background check, child abuse prevention training and other Clear Creek Community Church policy and procedure trainings.
What do the kids do at camp?
Children will enjoy age-appropriate gospel teaching, small group, games, recreation, swimming, zipline, climbing wall, crate stacking and more! To review the official schedule, use the following links:

How does my child get medication while at camp?
Our camps have a medical team onsite for all medical needs.
Creek Kids (current 3rd & 4th grade): Parents will drop off medication when they drop off their kids for camp.

Is there a parent meeting I must attend? YES!
Creek Kids (current 3rd & 4th grade) will have a parent meeting will have a parent meeting on May 19th at the Egret Bay Campus. Join us in the main auditorium at from 4:00pm-5:00pm. You will receive group/rooming but medications will be collected during drop off at camp.
Camp Creek: Junior High (current 5th – 7th grade) and High School (current 8th – 11th grade) will have a parent meeting on June 2nd at the Egret Bay Campus. Join us in the main auditorium from 5pm-6pm. You will have a chance to drop off medication, meet your child’s leader, receive group/rooming and bus information as well as luggage tags that will be needed at check in.
What do we pack?
Can I write to my kid at camp?
We discourage parents from writing/sending packages to the camp as kids/students will not get them in a timely manner.
How much spending money should my child bring?
Spending money is not needed, however if you would like your child to have access to the camp store, we suggest $20-$30. The camp store will have snacks, shirts and other memorabilia that can be purchased during specific times while at camp.

Are scholarships available?
Yes! We don’t want money to be the reason a kid/student cannot go to Summer Camp. Scholarship funds can be requested during registration. If you have any questions or are unable to pay the deposit, please reach out to the camp contact below. We will notify scholarship recipients at the end of April.

How do I know I am registered?
You will receive a confirmation email from Clear Creek Community Church within 30 minutes of registration with the name of the student and event. Please check your junk/spam/clutter email folder and if you have not received an email, contact [email protected]
My student has dietary restrictions/food allergies, what do I need to do?
Both camps support food allergies.
Creek Kids: (Current 3rd & 4th graders), please complete this form: Forest Glen Food Allergies. The retreat group is Clear Creek Community Church.
Camp Creek : Junior High (current 5th – 7th grade) or High School (current grades 8th – 11th) and their restrictions are severe enough that an alternative plan is needed, we ask that you click HERE to submit information. We are a nut free camp.
How does the Wait List work?
In the event a spot opens up, you will receive a text message with the necessary information to get registered for camp. You will have 24-hours from the time the text is sent to fill out and return any forms and pay any fees due at that time ($50 non-refundable deposit if before May 14th, full amount if after May 14th). If you do not complete all the registration steps within that timeframe, your spot will be given to someone else
Due to camp restrictions, no children will be added from the wait list after June 1st.
When is the balance due and how do I make payments?
Final balances will be due in May 14, 2024. The link to pay your balance is https://clearcreek.org/myinvoices
Invoices will only be available to the parent who registered the camper. If you desire for another individual to make a payment, please contact [email protected] and we will update the invoice.

What is the minimum amount required to sign up?
