Due to camp restrictions, no children will be added from the wait list after January 10, 2025.

No, we rent out the entire facility.

The camp has rooms with multiple twin sized beds/bunks in each room. Students are assigned rooms by small group, grade, and gender. Roommates may be requested within registration. We cannot ensure we can accommodate every request made. Each child will be assigned to a leader who has completed application, interview, background check, child abuse prevention training and other Clear Creek Community Church policy and procedure trainings. Please reach out to Amy Bueermann at [email protected] with any questions or concerns.

Spending money is not required at Mix Weekend. Your student will have access to a camp store that sells snacks, shirts, and other memorabilia. There will also be CCCC Students merchandise for sale such as shirts, water bottles, and stickers. We suggest sending $20-30 with your student if you would like them to shop. There is space to indicate food allergies in registration, please reach out to [email protected] with questions.

Medication information and instructions will be emailed to parents of registered students. Please complete the forms in a timely manner.

All medications must be turned into and held by the camp medical team. Students are not allowed to self-medicate, nor is a volunteer allowed to give medication to a student.  Please follow the instructions below to ensure a quick process, as well as proper medical dosing for your student.

The camp provides typical over-the-counter medications (Advil, Tylenol, Tums, Pepto, Zyrtec, etc.). If your student occasionally needs these over-the-counter medications, please do not send them. If your student has an over-the-counter medication that they take daily (ex. a daily allergy medication) please follow the medication procedures below.

  • Complete the Medical Form for ANY medication you are sending to camp (this includes emergency medication like epi pens and asthma rescue inhalers) by clicking here.
  • Place all medications together in a gallon Ziploc bag and label the bag with the students first and last name.
  • Prescription medication must be in the original container with the student’s name and the current dosage. Only send the amount of medication needed while at camp. No medications will be given unless they are in the original container, as per Texas Department of State Health Services.
  • All medication, including rescue medications like epi pens and asthma rescue inhalers will be kept by the camp medical team. These will be given to leaders on the bus so the students have access to them, and then kept by the camp medical staff at camp. If your child can administer their own rescue medication and you would like them to keep it with them, we would ask that you send 2 (one for them to keep on them and one for the camp medical team to keep). Please indicate that in the special instructions on the form.
  • Your student is responsible for stopping by the medical team table during mealtimes or the medical team cabin at night to receive medicines. The medical team will not track down students to give them their meds, except for life-threatening medical conditions.
  • Empty medication containers can be sent home with the student. All empty containers left will be disposed of and extra as needed medication can be picked up in the lobby when we return from camp.
  • If you have any medication questions please email [email protected].
