We believe Jesus Christ is the Hope of the world and that the local church is how people will come to know and experience Him. That is why we direct our time and resources toward starting new churches locally, nationally, and internationally. We raise up church planters—across the globe and from right here at Clear Creek—as well as sending people to serve on church planting and mission teams.
If you would like to help support our global mission teams you can make a donation by giving online and choosing the First Gift Church Planting and Missions Fund.
These trips are designed for regular attenders and members of Clear Creek who want to go on a mission trip to be able to do so with one of our teams. Once selected for one of our short-term mission trips, your cost of the trip is paid (not including the $200 non-refundable trip donation discussed below). You will work with your team towards raising funds to replenish the missions’ fund through personal contributions and fundraising efforts.
Please note that a $200 non-refundable trip donation is required with your application. You will also need a valid passport and your insurance card handy to complete your registration.
Please fill out the interest form below and you will receive a follow-up email.

In Brazil, we partner with two organizations. The first, Restore Brazil (based in Rio), has three primary focuses: church planting, pastoral training, and mercy ministries.
Our second partnership is located in Patos, Paraiba. In 2019, we we helped plant a church with Compassion International in Patos and began an initiative to care for the local children. Through Compassion International, you can help provide nutrition, health care, hygiene training, educational assistance, mentoring, and most importantly an opportunity to hear about and experience first-hand the love of Jesus! Visit the Compassion International website below for more information about sponsoring a child.
Upcoming trips: May 26-June 2, August 2025, October 2025
We have launched a partnership with the leaders of Restore Brazil to establish Restore Mozambique to plant churches, equip pastors, and do mercy ministry.
We are working with pastors in and around the city of Beira, Mozambique and inviting them to participate in a training cohort where they will receive Biblical, gospel centered training. There is a great opportunity to influence pastors and leaders so that the gospel of Jesus becomes and remains the focus and purpose of their churches and ministries. The goal is that they plant and multiply gospel-centered churches beginning in Beira and eventually throughout the northern parts of the country.
We undertake mercy ministry opportunities in order to share the grace of Jesus with under-resourced people, and as a key strategic way to engage people in areas where there will be future church plants.
Upcoming trip: Early November 2025.
In Seville, Spain, we support a church planting residency led by two brothers who are over Acts 29 Iberian Peninsula. This is an area that is largely unchurched and atheistic. We are working with pastors in the area and joining in their efforts in continuing to plant churches in this region. Be part of making a meaningful impact in this region as we spread the love of Christ and support the growth of new churches in Seville.
Upcoming trips: June 2025, September 2025.

Here in Houston, Clear Creek is actively involved in the Houston Church Planting Network (HCPN). The mission of HCPN is to strengthen church planters and grow churches that aim to reach every man, woman, and child in the greater Houston area. HCPN got its start right here at Clear Creek in November 2009 and has grown to be a self-sustaining organization that includes a myriad of denominations, networks, and churches. HCPN hosts a monthly gathering as well as residency programs to train future church planters. If you are interested in one of the residency programs you can find more information and an application on hcpn.org.
We partner with various church planting networks and ministries to train leaders in their local churches and equip them to raise up new pastors in their communities.
